Overview
Premium is the only path to streaming Sony's exclusive lineup. It is well integrated on PS5 and reasonable on PC, but the lack of mobile and TV apps caps how 'cloud-native' the experience really is.

Is cloud streaming included in all PS Plus tiers?
No. Cloud streaming is exclusive to PS Plus Premium ($17.99/month). The cheaper Essential and Extra tiers do not include streaming at all.
Can I stream PS Plus Premium on my phone or tablet?
No. Premium streaming is currently limited to PS5, PS4 and the Windows PC client. There is no official mobile or smart TV app.
Are PS5 first-party games streamable on Premium?
Yes. Sony has been steadily expanding the list of streamable PS5 first-party titles, including Spider-Man 2, Final Fantasy VII Rebirth and most other big PS5 exclusives.
What internet speed do I need for PS Plus Premium 4K?
Sony recommends 38 Mbps for 4K streaming. Our measurements averaged 31 Mbps actual throughput on a 4K Premium session.
